TIRISANO is managed and run by Kgotso Ramooana.
Kgotso Ramooana is the youngest black shoe manufacturer in South Africa.
He was born and raised in an underprivileged rural area with little to no opportunities located in the Free State Province, a place called QwaQwa. He has a diploma in Arabic for Non-Arab speaking and he is currently doing his diploma in Digital Marketing.
He has been running the factory since late 2015.
Kgotso is a very driven, ambitious, determined and self-motivated young man, who has overcome his circumstances and fought against the odds.
Kgotso’s long term vision is to see the factory running globally expanding its branches worldwide.

Our History

By drawing upon our experience in industrial manufacturing and distribution, we focus on delivering optimal solutions in the least time possible, through collaboration, knowledge sharing and improved efficiency.

We manufacture a variety of shoes, and these include:
School Shoes
Pumps
Sneakers
All these are manufactured from various materials.
The production capacity varies from 200 pairs a day to 700 pairs a day, depending on the type of shoes.

The success of the shoe factory is founded on the creation of enduring relationships within the industry, and the importance of maintaining high quality products and solid partnerships with our clients.

Although we are a new company, we are committed to get advanced learning and prepare ourselves for any joint venture in order to get on expansion

MAXIMIZING RESOURCES FOR GROWTH

The establishment of Tirisano is an important catalyst for the development of industrial manufacturing and distribution in South Africa, driving domestic growth in Exploration and Production (E&P) activities. As South Africa's basins become more mature, we will face greater challenges to sustain production. Nevertheless, we have laid out clear strategies to arrest the decline. This involves extending the lifecycle of existing resources by optimizing exploration, development and production activities.

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY

An employment equity plan set to be in place and be developed founding members of the organization. An equity task team consists of employees and union wishes to develop a consultation plan. The plan is designed to address all issues relating to empowerment equity etc.
